Operating procedures

General regulations

Article 1 The crusher operator must be trained to achieve “three understandings” (understand the structure, understand the performance, understand the principle), “four will” (will use, will maintain, will maintain, will deal with faults).

Article 2 and work surface scraper conveyor driver, transport lane belt conveyor driver close cooperation, unified signal contact, in order to open, stop open. Preparation

Inspection and processing

1, the motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, head, tail, and other parts of the coupling parts must be complete, intact, tight. The reducer and hydraulic shaft joint should be free of oil seepage and leakage, and the oil quantity should be appropriate.

2, the signal must be sensitive and reliable, no signal is not allowed to start the machine. Spray sprinklers should be intact.

3, the power cable, operation line must be hung neatly, with no extrusion phenomenon.

4, the head near the coal, gangue, debris, and motor, reducer coal dust must be cleaned and cleared.

5, the working surface scraper conveyor head and the tail of the transfer machine lap to be appropriate;.

6, scraper chain plate tight to moderate, scraper and screws must be complete tightening;.

7, the transfer machine walking trolley must be stable and reliable.

8, the transfer machine bridge part of the case when the machine is opened, the operation of each department should be no abnormal sound, scraper, chain, connecting ring should be no twist flex, twist twist, bending deformation.

9, the crusher, crusher at the roadway support must be intact, solid.

10, the crusher safety protection network and protection devices, to ensure that no deformation does not fail, safe and reliable.

11, the transfer machine, crusher at the roadway support must be intact, solid.

Caution

Test run

1, turn on the power grid switch.

2、Hand press the ignition button for the test run of the machine.

3, to start, idle;

4, the combined operation of the transfer machine and crusher;

5, check that there is no abnormality, send a start-up signal.

6, running machinery and motor to no vibration, sound, and humidity to normal, each bearing temperature does not exceed 75 ℃, the motor temperature shall not exceed the nameplate provisions.

7、The chain tightness of the transfer machine must be consistent, and under full load, the chain tightness should not exceed two chainring lengths, and there should be no chain jamming or chain skipping.

8、The fusible plugs or fusible pieces of the coupling section of the transfer machine shall not be replaced by wood or other materials after damage.

9, the crusher’s protection network safety devices should be kept intact, in the course of work should be frequently checked, if any damage should be immediately shut down.

10, the safety devices such as the tail protection of the transfer machine must be guaranteed intact.

11, move the transfer machine.

(1), clean up the tail of the machine, both sides of the body, and the plastic under the overbridge.

(2), protect the cable, water pipe, oil pipe, and hang neatly.

(3), check the roadway support, to ensure the safety of pushing the transfer machine.

(4), walking trolley and belt conveyor tail frame to contact good, not run off, after moving set up a good lap, to prevent large pieces of plastic smashed tape, to ensure the smooth flow of coal.

(5), after moving the transfer machine, the head, and tail to keep flat, straight, stable, jack live rod to retract.

Operation Note

1, plastic crusher and power unit to be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on a cement foundation; if the plastic crusher needs to be mobile, the unit should be installed in the seat made of angle iron, and to ensure that the power machine (diesel or electric motor) and the plastic crusher pulley slot in the same rotary plane. 2, plastic crusher after installation to check the fastening of each fastener, if loose to give to tighten. At the same time check the belt tightness is appropriate.

3, before starting the plastic crusher, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth and claws, hammer and rotor operation is flexible and reliable, whether there is a collision within the crushing chamber, whether the rotor rotation direction and the direction of the machine arrow, power machine, and plastic crusher lubrication is good.

4, do not casually replace the belt pulley, in case the speed is too high resulting in an explosion in the crushing chamber, or the speed is too low to affect the efficiency of the crusher.

5, plastic crusher should be kept idle for 2 to 3min after starting, no abnormalities before feeding work.

6, the work should always pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher, first of all, feed the material evenly to prevent blockage of the crushing chamber; secondly, do not work for a long time overload. If you find vibration, noise, bearings, and body temperature is too high, the outward spray of material and other phenomena, should immediately shut down to check, troubleshooting before continuing to work.
