Inspection and processing

7, the transfer machine walking trolley must be stable and reliable.

Caution
Test run
1, turn on the power grid switch.

6, running machinery and motor to no vibration, sound, and humidity to normal, each bearing temperature does not exceed 75 ℃, the motor temperature shall not exceed the nameplate provisions.
7、The chain tightness of the transfer machine must be consistent, and under full load, the chain tightness should not exceed two chainring lengths, and there should be no chain jamming or chain skipping.
8、The fusible plugs or fusible pieces of the coupling section of the transfer machine shall not be replaced by wood or other materials after damage.
9, the crusher’s protection network safety devices should be kept intact, in the course of work should be frequently checked, if any damage should be immediately shut down.
10, the safety devices such as the tail protection of the transfer machine must be guaranteed intact.
11, move the transfer machine.
(1), clean up the tail of the machine, both sides of the body, and the plastic under the overbridge.
(2), protect the cable, water pipe, oil pipe, and hang neatly.
(3), check the roadway support, to ensure the safety of pushing the transfer machine.

Operation Note
1, plastic crusher and power unit to be installed firmly. 6, the work should always pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher, first of all, feed the material evenly to prevent blockage of the crushing chamber; secondly, do not work for a long time overload. If you find vibration, noise, bearings, and body temperature is too high, the outward spray of material and other phenomena, should immediately shut down to check, troubleshooting before continuing to work.
