What are the technological processes of the PET plastic washing line?
1. Sorting. The raw materials used in the PET plastic washing line factory are three kinds of raw flakes, whole bottles, and tied bottles. Regardless of whether it is to use whole bottles or tie-up bottles, preliminary sorting work is required. Sorting is to sort out single-color PET bottles from whole bottles or tie-up bottles to pick out miscellaneous materials, iron, rubber, wood, rags, etc., miscellaneous bottles, PE bottles, PVC bottles, etc., variegated bottles, etc. Only single-color PET bottles are left for the next process. If the sorting process is not done well, it will add a lot of trouble to the subsequent processes, even affect the quality of the product, and make a good product. At present, domestic sorting work is mainly manual sorting, which requires skilled workers to do it. The newly opened cleaning factory can easily cause problems in this process and cause product impurities to exceed the standard and cause losses.
2. Off the bid. In plastic washing line,disqualification is a very troublesome thing. The mineral water bottle stripping machine is a PET recycling equipment. There was no available de-tendering machine before, all of which were manual de-tendering, which was inefficient and difficult to manage. Now, the development speed of the de-tack machine is very fast. At present, there are at least a dozen equipment factories on the market that can produce qualified de-marking machines, which completely solves the problem of difficult de-marking in this industry.
3. Smash. In plastic washing line, crushing is to make the single-color pure PET bottles that have been sorted into pieces. There are two kinds of dry powder and gouache. At present, all gouaches are used in China. The equipment is cheap, efficient, and free of dust pollution. Some manufacturers have changed their shredders to those with washing barrels, which can play the role of pre-washing, and the effect is very good.
4. Pre-washing. The smashed raw piece contains a lot of dirt, debris, oil and other taint. The pre-washing process is to wash off the sand, debris and other impurities that are easy to remove with water. The main function of pre-washing is to reduce the burden of the main washing process, reduce the amount of cleaning agent, reduce costs, control pollution, and improve product quality.
5. Main wash. The main wash is a key step in PET plastic washing line. In this process, a cleaning agent is used, and some processes require heating, the purpose of which is to wash off relatively stubborn stains such as oil, glue, and ink. In the traditional process, caustic soda is used as a cleaning agent, heated to 95-98℃ and stirred in a mixing tank for 30 minutes to remove stains such as oil and glue. Now there are new equipment and cleaning agents, which can be scrubbed in a ribbon washing machine at room temperature or medium temperature at 60°C, which has better effect and lower cost.
6. Rinse. The bottle flakes after the main wash are already very clean, but there is still a small amount of cleaning agent attached to it, which affects the quality of the bottle flakes. The function of rinsing is to wash off these detergents and to rinse off the floating materials in the bottle flakes.
7. Manual sorting. If it is sorted very good products, this process can be eliminated. If the sorting is not good, or the miscellaneous materials are mixed during the crushing, then a manual sorting must be carried out to manually pick out miscellaneous materials and miscellaneous materials. After this process, it can be regarded as a truly qualified product.
