How to fix and use
1. Inspection before running the machine
1-1 Make sure every part’s connecting bolts are screwed tightly.
1-2 Open the crushing room to check the gap between the revolving blade and the fixed blade. You can adjust the gap between 0.1mm and 0.2mm according to the different sizes of the materials to be crushed. Be sure there is no other thing in the crushing room.
1-3 Screw off the blots for the belt cover, remove the cover, check the triangle belt is idled, then cover the belt cover and screw on the connecting belts tightly enough.
1-4 The electric wires of the motor for the main engine and the blower machine should be joined together according to the direction tuning marks. After inspection and making sure everything is all right, you can have a trial run by idling it.
1. The adjusting of the running parts
After being sharpened or changed, the blades should be put in the right positions. Then screw on the fixing bolts with the spacer and the spring spacers, press the adjusting button in order to choose the gap needed between the revolving blade and the fixed blade from 0.1mm to 0.2mm. Then screw on all the bolts tightly.
2. Attentions during using the machine
3-1 When the FS series plastic crusher is in the running state, never stop the machine to put in the materials to be crushed.
3-2 The materials to be crushed should be put in regularly. If the machine can not work properly, stop in the materials. Only till the rotational speed reached its normal standards can you go on putting in the materials to be crushed.
3-3 In its working process, the machine should be stopped the moment once the abnormal sound is heard.
3-4 The edges of the fixed blade and the revolving blade should be checked regularly. If the blades are no longer sharp, do sharpen them or get them changed for new ones. Meanwhile, check the fixing bolts for the fixed blade and the revolving blade are screwed on tightly enough in case unexpected accidents are caused.
3-5 Lubrication oil should be added to the various bearing parts regularly (once a month).
3-6 The operator should pay attention to the rising of the bearings’ working temperature. Never let it to above 60℃.
3-7 Check the fixing bolts for each part regularly in case they are loosened. The sieve should be changed when it is worn out in case the crushing capacity will be affected.
3-8 If the crusher is equipped with the blower machine, switch on the blower machine first, then switch on the main engine. After having a trial run for about 30 seconds, make sure no abnormal sound is heard, then you can put in the material to be crushed. If you want to stop the machine, stop the main engine first, then stop the blower machine, till the crushed materials do not come out of the trippers anymore.
Blade Adjustment Procedure
1. In case, any below problems during grinder running, please do blades adjustment:
Discharge speed becomes slowly sharply.
Ground plastic edges appear many burrs.
Ground plastic pieces have height temperature.
Any above problems appear, please stop the grinder to do the blade checking. If the blade’s knife edge has “Obtuse Angle”(R=0.5mm), it must do blade knife edge re-sharpening and re-installation.
2. Blades installation procedure:
Front fixed blades knife edges should be up direction (to rotary direction). Rear fixed blades knife edges should be down direction (to rotary direction )
The gap between fixed blades knife-edge and rotary blades knife edge should be controlled within 0.1mm-0.2mm.
The gap between rotary blades and screen mesh should be less than 7mm.
It must fully tighten installing screws for every blade after adjusting blades.
Only after installing every blade and close grinder chamber and by hand rotary to check no any noise then to turn on the grinder to do trial and running.
Operation Procedure
1. Please read the operation manual carefully before the new grinder application and adjustment.
2. It must do a second time tightening to blade, fix screw bolts for the new grinder.
3. Ground plastic must be the same as a suitable type. Loading plastic should be steadily and uniformly.
4. In case any equipment fails, it must turn off the power and then open the grinding chamber to do the cleaning. No repair by hand under power still online.
5. Keep hand out from loading opening or grinding chamber during grinder operation.
6. Every two shifts, it should do daily checking including tightening blade fix screw, blade adjust screw, motor belt, body middle clip screw, etc.
7. Every week it should grease for bearing base on time.
8. Please adjust the blades as per blade adjustment(in order to have grinding capacity)
9. Every day makes an operation record (for checking everything when needed).
