Working process and characteristics of waste agricultural film recycling and cleaning line

Agricultural film is also called mulch film, which is widely used in agricultural planting. Especially due to dry soil and harsh weather, agricultural film has become a “protective film” for crops. But what followed was that the used agricultural mulch was difficult to handle, so white residual mulch was flying everywhere in the farmland. The mulching film, that is, the ground covering film, is usually a transparent or black PE film. The mulching film looks thin, but the effect is quite large. It can not only increase ground temperature, water, soil, fertilizer and improve fertilizer efficiency, but also have multiple functions such as weed control, disease and insect control, drought and waterlogging prevention, salt and seedling protection, improvement of near-ground light and heat conditions, and hygiene and cleanliness of the product. Therefore, mulch film is currently used for crop planting, but mulch film is planted in the field to cover a large amount of plastic film. After the crop is harvested, it remains in the soil and is difficult to degrade, causing pollution and damage to the soil. In response to these situations, we have designed and developed a film recycling and cleaning line, which not only makes agricultural film use waste, but also solves the environmental problem of “white pollution”.

Production process of agricultural film recycling washing line:

Belt feeder → double shaft shredder → film shredder → low-speed friction cleaning → rinsing separator → low-speed friction cleaning → pipe drying → squeezing dryer → storage and feeding machine → belt conveyor → dense room machine → SJ single Screw extruder→screen changing system→SJ single screw extruder→screen changing system→water tank→centrifugal dehydrator→air feeding bin

Features of film cleaning line:

1. The whole production line is used to crush, clean, dehydrate and dry PP/PE film, PP woven bag.

2. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, large capacity, low energy consumption, safety, reliability, etc.

3. The whole production line is fully automatic control, compact structure layout, high production efficiency, and beautiful cleanliness 　

4. The production line is specially designed for the crushing, cleaning and drying of PE/PP film and PP woven bags. It can easily clean waste plastic woven bags, dirty agricultural films, waste packaging materials and hard plastics.　

5. This production line is used to clean and recycle PE/PP film and PP woven bags. Coordinate the production line with the follow-up work procedure (granulation system), which will make garbage and dirty PE/PP film, PP woven bag is PE/PP film, PP woven bag granular material, used to produce new PE, PP film, etc.
