The reason why single shaft shredder is better than shredder in shredding film:

2. The blade has a long service life: the shredder uses a small square blade with four corners. If one corner is blunt, the other three can also be used; generally a shredder blade can use 200-500 tons The film is shredded; but the blade of the plastic shredder does not take that long, but it has to be worn often before it can be used.

3. The film shredded by the shredder can be used to make other products such as blown film or blow molding, etc.; the output mesh of the general shredder can be 4CM or more, and the size of the output is 2CM.

4. The shredder has low maintenance cost and long service life: Generally, we pay attention to bearing oil and hydraulic oil for the shredder, and the maintenance cost is low, so the service life of the shredder will be longer.
