How to repair the blunt blade of a plastic crusher

Solution:

　　 1. Turn off the power first and take out the blade from the plastic crusher

　　 2. Sharpen the blade with a sharpener

　　 3. If the desired effect is not achieved, it is recommended to replace the blade

　　The quality of plastic crusher blades is directly related to work efficiency, output value, application value etc. The blades can be divided into round blades, long blades and special-shaped blades; when the blade becomes dull or chipped, it should be sharpened in time.

　　 Note for blade sharpending:

　　If you feel that the machine has not produced output value before, so the blade may be blunt and it can be used for 4 times in a row. When the blade is not sharp, it should be sharpened in time. If the blade wear is not large, use oilstone to sharpen the blade. When the wear is large, the flat blade can be sharpened with a flat grinding wheel and finally sharpened with oilstone. All blades should be grinded together to ensure that the balanced blade point of view of the rear cutter head of the device should be less than 37°. Coolant should be added when grinding with a grinding wheel to avoid blade annealing; the blade can be used for at least 4 months, if the blade is severely worn, it needs to be replaced new blade.
